2- Complete the Team Alaska registration packet. Must be postmarked by January 6th  (see PDF Below, athletes, coaches and mission staff must do) It will need to be printed, filled out and mailed back to me. The travel authorization MUST be notarized.

3- Pay the registration fee, must be paid by January 13th. There will be a $50 late fee after that date. (athletes only)
